201、202 stainless pipe or other industrial stainless pipe,will easily get rust when in use,some pipe rust seriously.Substantively,impurities and grids mixed in melting and mangle course when produces the stainless steel.In humidity or rainy environment,stainless steel it’self form a galvanic effect.So the phenomenon of rust will be appearing on the surface which as an anode in the galvanic effect.If we use a method to cleaning off the rusty,removing the surface impurities,cleaning the metal impurities and air in the weld and then forming a passivation film on the surface ,the problem will be solved.Our method has been proved by lots of stainless pipe producers to be reliable.
